My simple Wellness routine from morning till night.

When it comes to health and wellness, I believe it’s the smallest and consistent efforts that bring the best results. Sadly, too many of us are taking our well-being very lightly. There could be so many reasons people might neglect their wellness—but even more reasons why they shouldn't.


Taking care of yourself not only makes you feel and look better, but it can add years to your life. Keeping that in mind I developed a simple and easy wellness routine for I try to follow every day.


First things first, I drink a glass of water right after I get up in the morning. I like to add some lemon for taste and a pinch of salt to remineralize the water. Another great way to start your day is to have a green smoothie. It’s a great source of natural fiber, vitamins and minerals to fuel your body. I like to use spinach and kale as a base and add coconut water or almond milk, banana, pineapple, berries and my favorite superfoods like turmeric, matcha, flax and chia seeds. I try to follow mostly plant-based, organic diet as I believe it provides the most benefit to my body and mind.


I like to listen to my favorite upbeat music as I’m getting ready for the day. Music is known to evoke all kinds of emotions. It is very actionable and can be used to manipulate your mood. Make a playlist of your favorite upbeat and happy songs and blast it off in the morning to set the tone for the rest of the day.


I also love to take a contrast shower in the morning and do dry brushing. Both greatly improved circulation and lymphatic drainage, energize and invigorate.


For lunch I usually have a big salad made with variety of leafy greens, sprouts, chopped vegetables, avocado, beans and nuts. I also love to have an avocado toast or vegetable soup.


As I move through my day I love to have a cup of herbal tea to boost immune system, increase energy levels and decrease inflammation. I like to add some honey and bee pollen to my tea and have it while I’m reading a book or listening to my favorite music. It helps me to relax and unwind.

I love to practice yoga and meditation in the evening and try to incorporate at least 10-minute flow into my day.
